ALBERT MCCALLUM of SCOTLAND?

Hi to you all.
I am looking for any info what so ever on an ALBERT TAYLOR MCCALLUM.
I do not have much info on him at all only as follows.
ALBERT TAYLOR MCCALLUM & ETHEL MAYSHAW were living in Scotland in the 1800's.
They had a son ALFRED TAYLOR MCCALLUM, who was supposably born in ABERFELDY, SCOTLAND.
I have traced up a few records for ALFRED, who is, I guess born on 13 AUGUST, but not sure what year, as he seems to pick and choose a different year on everything I find. The date is always the same, but the years range from 1873 on his criminal records file to 1899 and lots in between on all his Army Records. Even the Head Office for the War Records cannot work it out. I have ALFRED's marriage 1st marriage certificate, where he married in Western Australia to an ELLEN BRYAN. This where he states that his parents were the above two people ( ALBERT & ETHEL ) I also have ALFRED's son's birth and death certificates, that also state, ALFRED & ELLEN, were his parents, and that ALFRED is born in ABERFELDY, SCOTLAND.
ALFRED's army records also give ALBERT TAYLOR MCCALLUM as his Father for his next of kin, with an address in BALHAM, ENGLAND in 1917.
Then in the 1930's he is living in VICTORIA, AUSTRALIA, and he lists his next of kin as his wife, ALICE MCCALLUM.
I have found no death records for any of these people above, except for ELLEN BRYAN.
I have no idea where to turn or look next, can anybody out there help me out PLEASE !!!

Re your Alfred Taylor McCALLUM. His Birth Extract will provide Place and Date of Birth. It can be located at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk
Although it is a pay per view site, the charges are VERY reasonable.

His AUSTRALIAN Army service record details his Date/Place of Birth 13th Aug 1890 / Aberfeldy, marital status Single, NOK father Albert Taylor McCallum, 88 Chestnut Road, Balham, England. Alfred enlisted in W.A. on 2nd January 1918. At enlistment, he stated his Occupation as Plumber, age 27 Years 5 Months (accords with DOB) He was 5ft 5in tall, fresh complexion, blue eyes, brown hair and C of E religion. He had previously served for 6 months with King's Own Royal West Surrey Regt.
Alfred served only 4 months when he was discharged on 30th April 1918 due to "Flat Feet" making it unlikely he would become an efficient soldier.

There is only one Alfred recorded on Scotlands People site born in Perthshire between 1870 & 1900 I'm sure it will be your Alfred, narrowing the year field down it comes in at 1884, which works the 1891 Census as well.
You will need to purchase credits to view the document put I think it will say Father Hugh McCallum and Mother Christina.
If you track backwards on the Census from Christina you will find father Hugh, Occ: Tailor. If its the right family it also has Hugh & Christina's other children and if you go back even further it has Hugh's father as John, mother Christina and Hugh's siblings.
I don't think Albert Taylor McCallum exists as I could find no trace of him in England or Scotland Census from 1841 onwards, as Albert or Albert Taylor. Nor could I find any marriage for Alfred Taylor McCallum & Ethel Mayshaw, or any marriage between McCallum & Mayshaw in Scotland or England.
Do you know when Alfred Taylor McCallum arrived in WA.
