I am researching the family of Edmund Battle who settled in Dondingalong near Kempsey NSW. He arrived here on the "Java" with his wife and son Ephraim. Edmund was the son of Mary Barber (Battle) and George Self from Campsea Ash in Suffolk, England. His wife was Rebecca Davey also from Suffolk.
