Hi, not to sure if this is the Edward Boaz Jones you are looking for, but there is a lot in common.
My Edward Boaz was born in Llangynhafal Denbishire, Wales,in 1857 he was married to a Jeannette and he left for USA before there son John Isaac was born in 1881. All we know of him after that was he never came back home and he did marry and if we are on the same person he did marry a Laura Henry, (I have only just found this out today.)

hey! edward boaz jones was my great great great grandfather. I am looking for the same info. I have all the family history from when he married laura henry. what i have gathered so far from his family in wales is this.

born llangynhafal, denbingshire, wales in 1857 (but on his death certificate it says he was born 20 mar 1864)
died kalamazoo, michigan, usa on 27 jan 1943

he married jeannette in 1878 (which is why i think the death certificate is wrong) in cheshire co., denbingshire, flintshire ... district wrexham

thier son john isaac was born in 1881.

his fathers name was isaac jones born about 1820 in vale of clwyd denbigh wales
his mothers name was jane jones born june 1820 in resacaci flint wales died 9 dec 1913 coedpoeth, denbigh wales
they were married 4 feb 1845 in hollywell flint wales

isaac's dad was robert jones and his mother was ann lloyd
jane's dad was henry jones and her mother was grace davies

if my info is all correct which i am still double checking than edward had a brother named henry born about 1850 a sister named hannah born about 1852 and a brother named john born about 1855.

if you have any info i would love to hear it

I have just spotted your post, i had forgotten all about this site! but when i read it i now have goosebumps!!!! Looks like we have the same Great Great Grandfather. His son John Isaac was my dads grandfather.
