There was also a George Ratz driving some kind of supply cart.
It mentions John Ratz was a carpenter in 1876.

In 1902, during a drought, Mick Ratz drove 20,000 sheep to the coast, in an attempt to keep them alive. He returned later on with just 2,000.
There is a picture of an old Elizabeth Ratz and a similar vintage Mick Ratz. Makes me think he was her brother.
Another is Mrs Mick Ratz (Polly Munt) and Mrs Ebacker (Francis Ratz) I'm thinking could be a sister of Elizabeth and Mick.
