Hi Wendy
Thanks for this - didn't know Sarah Piccop's surname.
I'm still unsure of the descent from Richard Kenyon and Ann Hoyle - which is where the two names cross.
Do you know Rod Kenyon?
Rod's great grandfather was William Hoyle Kenyon and my great grandfather was his brother, James Hoyle Kenyon. I am the grandson of his daughter Gertrude Sophia Jackson(Kenyon)
Rod is the expert on the family. You will find him on Facebook under his full name Rodney Kenyon.
Cheers

Hello Russell.
Yes I was looking at the tree data today and found the reference to Richard Kenyon and Anne Hoyle wondered about that. You probably have the same items as me as my stuff came from Mum via Aunty Stella except for the bit of research I have carried out

Hi Wendy

Can I ask where you fit into the family. Are you the Lewis branch from Auntie Vi? Auntie Stella (Adams) was my great aunt. She gave me a series of letters from cousins in Lancashire which I have copied for Rod Kenyon. She said that her daughter Kathleen and son Bernie would have a lot more but one lived in Perth and I didn't ever know the latter.
If you haven't been in touch with Rod please do - he is a lovely bloke.

He is so keen and so helpful.
Gave me a lot of info before I went to Kenyon territory in Lancs. I found Kenyon Fold on the Bury - Oldham Road and Kenyon Terrace in Egerton.
I also have a copy of 'The Kenyon Tradition' an interesting family history which goes up to 1964 - fascinating. I know that Phil Taylor has it in Adelaide - his grandmother was Auntie Lil.
If you are on Facebook I could show you some family photos.
Cheers

Hi Wendy
Yes, we are second cousins. I have sent a Fb message but I recall it was after I tried to add you that my account changed and Fb Help (A misnomer) told me that it was because I tried to add a closed account ! You might have more luck with them as I'd like to share the pics with you.
Cheers
Russell
