Looking for information on William Brierley
I'm looking for information on my father's grand uncle, William Brierley, who was born on 5 June 1880 in Salford, Lancashire, England. In the 1901 Census, he is living with his parents, James Brierley and Mary Emma Jones, at 160 Robert Hall Street in Salford, Lancashire, England, his occupation is Calico Bleacher and his age is 21 years. In the 1911 Census, he is still living with his parents at 160 Robert Hall Street in Salford, Lancashire, England, his occupation is Engine Cleaner at Railway and his age is 31 but I can't find out whether he married, whether he died or even where he worked.

Thank you for this information.
I have found William on 1901 census living in Regent Road Salford, stated as Brother in Law, and he is also on 1911 census, also found his birth date in United Kingdom Militia Service Records ,found this info on Fam search.org a fantastic free site. Sorry to read the above, its so sad isn't it, especially when its your family. Tried to help with your query, because I have a Margaret Brierley in my family, born in 1862 she was married to Thomas Chadwick born 1859, they were my great grandparents..Iam not an experienced genealogist, just learning a little more every day,i hope.
Have come across The Lowe Family tree, on Mundia, I have found info of my own relatives on this, it may be worth you taking a look,i found out that Margarets parents were called James and Mary. Hope this may be of some help to you.
