Dear Ammej, Hi. Welcome to FamilyTreeCircles. I have some connections to the same MCCARRON family in that your ancestor Elizabeth DENNER who married William MCCARRON was the sister of my gg grandmother Eliza DENNER who married into the PARKER family. Yes ... there were two sisters with similar sounding names.

Also, furthermore this family has already been researched by others. I just checked some data that was shared with me, and there are 4 generations of data above your grandfather going back to the year 1760 in Ulster, Northern Ireland, namely John McCarron and Jane Heuston.

Please let me know of your personal email address via the 'personal messaging' system so that I can put you in touch with the MCCARRON researchers.

If you wish to know of your DENNER ancestry, please let me know.

Alison QLD.

I would love to follow both the McCarrons line of my grandfather as far back to Ireland as possible. However I also want to follow the female trees as well, but it is getting tricky, without the generosity of sharing information from someone like yourself.

Please let me know what is the best way to share the DENNER ancestry. My email is ammej_is@yahoo.com.au and I am currently trying to put my tree on line at www.genesreuntited.com.au, so you will be able to see that soon if you want (I think you need to be registered and I approved you to view my tree)

Thanks so much Alison for taking the time to reply. I am know to this and my immediate family don't seem to have the intesest (let sleeping dogs lie etc etc) I hope to have copies of all marriage and birth certificates, a photo and a story of who they were as far back as I can go for my line. Ambitious but hey it is a dream.

Dear Ammej, I happen to already be a member of the GenesReunited site and have 1/4 of my tree entered on there.

Also if you search for DENNER right here in the top right-hand corner you will see all my research. Or click on DENNER at the bottom of one journal I've written.

Oh, and please edit your profile here and add the surnames you are researching written in uppercase and separated by commas, e.g. TRELFORD, EDWIN, DENNER etc.

Have fun.
Alison.

Dear Ammej

I am researching the direct line of your grandfather William James McCarron. Only too happy to help you and I have a "truckload" of info on the family history!
Your great grandfather Robert McCarron and my grandfather Alexander McCarron were first cousins.
